Itinerary

We have carefully planned out each day to give you the best possible experience.

 You will be landing at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. Afterwards, we board our motor coach and go to our hotel on the beautiful Sea of Galilee. After we have checked into our hotel, we enjoy a dinner together and time to relax.

The day begins with a breathtaking view of the Sea of Galilee at dawn, followed by a delicious breakfast. Our journey continues to the Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount. Next, we’ll embark on a short motor launch cruise across the Sea of Galilee to Capernaum, where the ruins of the third-century synagogue await. Then, we’ll proceed to Tabgha, the site of the multiplication of loaves and fishes, followed by a delightful St. Peter’s fish luncheon at a renowned resort on the Galilean seashore.

After lunch, we’ll visit the Jordan River, where an optional baptism opportunity awaits. Finally, we’ll return to the hotel for a hearty dinner and a restful overnight stay, reflecting on the day’s memorable experiences.

On the third day, our journey begins along the picturesque coastal plain, tracing the Mediterranean Sea to the ancient port city of Caesarea, commissioned by Herod the Great. We’ll explore the Crusader fortress where Cornelius the Centurion and his household were baptized, a significant moment in early Christian history. Next, we’ll ascend to the sacred site of Mount Carmel, followed by a visit to Megiddo and the legendary Valley of Armageddon. Here, we’ll uncover the historic military fortress that once controlled the vital highway between Egypt and Mesopotamia, delving into its fascinating excavation and museum. Our exploration continues to Nazareth, where we’ll step back in time at the Nazareth Village, offering insights into life during biblical times. Then, we’ll journey to Cana of Galilee, culminating in our arrival at Tiberias on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, where we’ll spend the night, reflecting on the day’s remarkable discoveries.

The morning will kick off with a journey to the Jordan Valley, where you’ll explore Beit Shean, one of the renowned Decapolis cities boasting the largest remains of a complete ancient Roman city. Continuing through the valley, we’ll break for lunch around the enchanting Dead Sea.

Afterward, you’ll have the opportunity to check into your hotel early, allowing ample time to unwind and indulge in the spa facilities. Plus, you can take a refreshing swim in the buoyant waters of the Dead Sea, ensuring a rejuvenating experience for body and soul.

On the fifth day of the tour, we’ll embark on a journey to Herod’s ancient fortress of Masada, perched high atop a mountain on the edge of the Dead Sea. In the afternoon, as we make our way to Jerusalem, our group will pause to visit Ein Gedi, an oasis nestled in the desert and often described as a green Garden of Eden amidst the wilderness. Situated on the shores of the Dead Sea, the lowest place on Earth, Ein Gedi boasts majestic mountains and cliffs, providing a stunning backdrop to its historical and archaeological wonders dating back over 5,000 years. The day will draw to a close with an overnight stay in Jerusalem, allowing time to reflect on the day’s remarkable experiences.

Our day begins with a tour of the Mount of Olives, followed by a soul-stirring journey on foot to the Garden of Gethsemane, where ancient olive trees, some dating back to the time of Jesus, still stand. Next, we’ll visit the house of Caiaphas, a significant site where Jesus was held the night before His crucifixion. Continuing our spiritual exploration, we’ll ascend to Mount Zion and the Upper Room for a time of devotion and worship. In the afternoon, we’ll travel to Bethlehem, where we’ll visit the revered Church of the Nativity and the tranquil Shepherd’s Field. Additionally, we’ll tour the fields of Boaz and Ruth, soaking in the rich biblical history of the area. The day concludes with a hearty dinner and overnight stay in Jerusalem, offering time for reflection and gratitude for the day’s meaningful experiences.

Embark on a journey through the historic Old City of Jerusalem, where the roots of faith run deep. We’ll commence our exploration at the Lions’ Gate, where we’ll marvel at the ancient Crusader’s Church of St. Anne, the tranquil pool of Bethesda, and the remnants of Antonia Fortress, believed to be the site of Jesus’ trial. Next, we’ll trace the path of Via Dolorosa, pausing to visit the revered Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Our journey continues through the Jewish Quarter, culminating in a poignant visit to the iconic Western Wall. As we ascend to Mt. Moriah, also known as Temple Mount, we’ll reflect on its significance as the site of Solomon’s Temple, where the Dome of the Rock and the Al-Aqsa Mosque now stand. This sacred ground, where Abraham offered Isaac as a sacrifice, serves as a fitting conclusion to our memorable day of exploration. Enjoy a satisfying dinner and a restful overnight stay in Jerusalem, cherishing the profound experiences of the day.

Our journey takes us to the biblical town of Bethany, known in the New Testament as the home of Mary, Martha, and Lazarus. We’ll visit The Tomb of Lazarus, where ancient stairs lead into the remnants of the tomb, bearing witness to centuries of history and earthquakes. Continuing our exploration, we’ll journey to Qumran, the site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered, offering insights into ancient Jewish life and thought. Our next destination is Jericho, recognized as the oldest inhabited city in the world. Here, we’ll marvel at the Tel of Jericho and the Mount of Temptation, while gazing upon the Valley of the Shadow of Death, a poignant reminder of the region’s rich biblical history. In the evening, we’ll return to our hotel in Jerusalem, where a delicious dinner awaits, providing an opportunity to reflect on the day’s remarkable discoveries.

Savor the morning in Jerusalem for personal reflection before embarking on an afternoon journey to Ein Karem, the charming “Spring of the Vineyard” and the birthplace of John the Baptist. The highlight of our tour will be the moving service at the Garden Tomb, a truly unforgettable experience. Here, the group will come together to celebrate communion amidst the serene surroundings. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a heartfelt farewell dinner before traveling back to Tel Aviv, filled with cherished memories and spiritual nourishment from our time in the Holy Land.
